Employees have the option of asking questions within the open enrollment video presentation, linked on this page, or you can submit a question through the Survey Monkey link below. You can watch the entire presentation or skip to the end and you’ll have an opportunity to type in a question.
Scavenger Hunt
This year during Open Enrollment we are also holding a scavenger hunt to help you navigate through your Employee Benefit Center (EBC) website. There will be awesome raffle prizes awarded for participation in the scavenger hunt.

The scavenger hunt will be open throughout Open Enrollment and will close on November 20.
100% correct entries will be entered into a raffle for the prizes and winners will be notified by email after open enrollment closes.
How to Enroll
To enroll in your 2022 benefits please the link below to make your elections in bswift! You need to re-elect FSA benefits if you wish to keep coverage for 2022!
1. Go to www.paylocity.com/login
2. Click Enterprise Benefits under HR & Payroll in the upper left hand corner of the screen
3. This will bring you to your bswift profile.
4. Enter your enrollment, confirm your information & elections, and print or email your confirmation statement for your records.

Employee Check-In / Raffle
Enter your name below to check in to the event and to be entered into the carrier raffle. The drawings will be held after open enrollment!

This year during the Open Enrollment period we will be raffling off a number of great prizes from our insurance providers.
How to enter the raffles?
Participation in the raffles is easy and there are many opportunities!
- Submit your name in the open enrollment presentation (at the end) linked on this page or on the homepage of the EBC
- Complete the scavenger hunt correctly
- Simply enter your name in the “EE check-In” section on this page
- Be one of the first 50 employees to enroll in your benefits
Prizes will be drawn at the end of Open Enrollment Period (11/20/2021).
